This report presents the findings of Dialogue Fiji’s nationwide online survey of 367 respondents conducted in April 2025 ahead of Fiji’s 2025–2026 National Budget. It documents citizens’ concerns about the cost of living, public-service delivery, infrastructure, healthcare, education and fiscal policy, while examining spending preferences across demographic and geographic groups. The publication provides an empirical basis for more inclusive, transparent and people-centred budgeting and acknowledges the limitations of an online, voluntary survey.
