This proceedings report documents the Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue on Electoral Reform convened by Dialogue Fiji on 9–10 June 2025 at the Holiday Inn in Suva. More than 60 participants from political parties, civil society, academia, the legal profession, media and international organisations examined Fiji’s electoral system and core electoral laws. The report records keynote addresses, panel discussions, technical workshops and breakout-group deliberations on the Electoral Act 2014, Electoral (Registration of Voters) Act 2012 and Political Parties Act 2013. It presents key findings and reform proposals concerning proportional representation, penalties and oversight, party and voter registration, election timing, gender and youth inclusion, civic education and the need to preserve democratic safeguards during the reform process.
